      Caring for your jewelry is more than maintenance—it’s a moment of connection, gratitude, and mindfulness, a moment to slow down and breathe. 

      Angel Aberdeen pieces are imbued with meaning and potential for deep connection; caring for them honors both the craft and the affirmation they carry. With a little love and mindful care, your treasure will continue to hornor your light and story even as you pass it down for generations to come.  

      Even though I use a jewelry cloth, some of my favorite go to cloths are micro fiber cloths you can find for glasses.  Fair warning!  Once you have used a cloth to polish your treasure, save it to the side for your jewelry and never use it on a set of glasses again.  

Physical Care

• Gently wipe your piece with a soft, dry cloth after each wear.

• Avoid contact with perfume, lotion, or cleaning agents.

• Remove before swimming, bathing, or exercising.

• Last on, first off:  Jewelry should be the final touch as you dress for the day, and the first to be removed at the day's end.

• Store your treasure in small soft pouch, or perhaps the orginal box it came in, away from sunlight and moisture. 

Energetic Care

• Intention holds weight.  Even if you do not believe in metaphysical ideas, the power of intetion and assoication will give you a plat form to build a deeper connection to your treasure, to you, and to the world around you.

• Take a quiet moment to hold your piece between your palms and breathe. Visit our meditations page and chose a small pratice for you.

• Reflect on the affirmation inscribed within it—give your affirmation permission it to realign your thoughts and your prayers.

• Metaphysical care: You may cleanse your piece by setting it under soft moonlight, beside a candle, or on a bed of salt or quartz.  

• This is about building intention.  The more you build into it, the more connected you will feel to your difinition of Source Divine.
