Fulfillment & Processing
All orders are prepared and shipped on Mondays and Fridays. Pieces that are in stock are carefully packaged and sent out the following Monday or Friday after purchase.
Because each Eleanor Elizabeth piece is designed and created within my studio, availability changes often—what is here today may not return again. Most designs are made in limited quantities, with select items cast to maintain a steady, but small, flow of inventory.
Custom requests are rarely accepted, depending on time availabillty and only after a personal discussion to ensure alignment with both design and spirit. Custom pieces typically require up to one month from discussed start time to completion.
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow its journey to you.
✨ Shipping Methods & Communication
Angel Aberdeen ships through USPS, FedEx, and UPS, selecting the carrier best suited for your location and the value of your order.
All shipments include tracking, allowing you to follow your package from our hands to yours.
Orders placed through the website will automatically receive a shipping confirmation email that includes your tracking number.
📦 Insurance & Tiers
Orders valued over $500 are shipped with expedited two-day or overnight service and include insurance coverage for the full product value.
Orders under $500 are typically shipped via standard ground service unless a faster option is selected at checkout. Multiple delivery speeds are available so you can choose what best fits your needs.
🌎 Domestic & International Shipping
At this time, Angel Aberdeen ships within the United States.
International shipping will be offered in the future as our logistics grow. Until that time, any shipment outside the U.S. will be handled case by case and by special request only.
When international shipping becomes available, customers will be responsible for any import taxes, duties, or VAT required by their country of residence. These fees are set by local governments and are not controlled by Angel Aberdeen.
💫 Shipping Costs & Returns
Shipping rates are calculated automatically at checkout based on your location, carrier, and delivery speed.
Orders totaling $333 or more ship free within the United States, with the carrier and method selected to best protect your purchase.
Angel Aberdeen maintains a strict return policy to preserve the integrity of each piece. Details are outlined in our Refund and Exchange Policy [link].
Customers are generally responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part or a verified defect.
🌸 Packaging & Presentation
Each order is prepared with care using eco-conscious materials, including FSC-certified cardboard and recyclable paper. Our packaging is designed to protect your jewelry while honoring the environment.
Each shipment includes Angel Aberdeen’s signature insert cards, offering guidance on care, connection, and the meaning behind your piece.
Your unboxing experience is part of the story we hope you’ll feel—one of beauty, reverence, and belonging.
🕊 Delays, Lost Packages & Assistance
Shipping timelines are provided as estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or events beyond our control. Once a package has left our hands, responsibility for timely delivery rests with the shipping carrier.
If your order appears delayed, please refer to the tracking link in your confirmation email for the most current updates.
In the rare event that a package is lost in transit, please contact the carrier directly to begin a claim. You may also reach out to Angel Aberdeen so we can support you through the process. Each situation will be reviewed case by case to determine what steps can be taken toward resolution.
If a package is marked “delivered” but not received, please check with neighbors, family members, or your local postal carrier before reporting the issue. Once an order is marked as delivered, we are unable to refund or replace it unless a claim is approved by the carrier.
🌿 Special Considerations
Angel Aberdeen observes a few US holidays and will not ship on Christmas Day, the day after Christmas, Thanksgiving Day, or the day after Thanksgiving.
All orders valued over $500 will require a signature upon delivery to ensure safe receipt.
Regular Monday and Friday shipping allows us to maintain consistent service, even during show seasons. Should travel or events temporarily affect shipping, notices will be posted on our website and social channels in advance whenever possible.
