Made on Earth Grounding Meditation
We will be using the 4-7-8 Breath (Developed by Dr. Andrew Weil)
By using the power of association through intention with your Angel Aberdeen Jewelry, this simple practice helps calm the nervous system, reconnect you to your breath, and remind you that you belong—right here, right now.
How it works:
- Find a quiet, comfortable space.
- Hold your Angel Aberdeen treasure against your heart.
- Set your intention:
I am charging my Angel Aberdeen piece with the strength and belonging I will carry into the world. - Begin the 4-7-8 Breath:
-
Inhale through your nose for 4 seconds
(imagine your breath entering through the your jewelry and into your heart) -
Hold your breath for 7 seconds
(imagine your breath rejuvenating all your cells to your furthest extremities) -
Exhale softly and audibly through your mouth for 8 seconds
(imagine roots growing into the Earth beneath you) - Repeat this cycle up to 4 times, each breath deepening your connection and intention with your treasure, with the Earth you share.
Addtional Thoughts:
As you breathe, feel the Earth beneath you, steady, ancient, holding you with quiet strength.
On each inhale, imagine your Angel Aberdeen piece soaking in your intention: to be present for your returning vitality and sense of belonging. to every cell in your body.
On each exhale, feel every cell in your body ligth up, feel your roots deepen into the Earth, grounding you in presence and returning you to stillness.
Remember, this is a practice to be repeated. When needed, hold your Angel Aberdeen treasure to your heart and build your intention of belonging to this Earth that we all share. We are human, full of mistakes - self-forgiveness is well within your power of pratice.
Mantra (whisper, repeat, or reflect silently)
“I am made on Earth, this is my home, I belong here, I am a part of something bigger.”
A prayer for today:
I return to my roots.
I return to my belonging.
I return to my Earth.
I was made on Earth.
And Earth made space for me.
Now carry this with you.
