In the summer of 2017, I found myself on the edge of quitting my jewelry and engraving after 9 years.
It was not fulfilling my purpose on this Earth to connect spiritually to others and help open a path to the inner journey and Source Divine (how ever one defines Source Divine)
An angel came into my dream one early morning, bathed in a golden light so brilliant it was hard to make out anything more than the features of her face. Her presence brought a feeling of Divine Spirit as a gentle warmth emanated from her. Her beauty transcended conventional ideas, and I asked myself, “Am I afraid?” Without any physical motion she spoke with warm compassion, “no, there is no reason to be in fear with me.” Immediately I felt calm and relaxed. My mind cleared and she began to speak. “I am Aberdeen”
She shared with me many things that night. She told me our prayers and thoughts are the same thing. We are in constant conversation with Source Divine. She shared with me that our human emotions are our driving force to our thoughts. If given the opportunity for something we truly want as a human being, we will provide the passionate emotions to acquire it. She shared that we as humans have been caught up so much in what we are on the outside that we have forgotten that our truest beauty and most resonate connection comes from our inside, our inner journey.
Aberdeen told me I am to engrave on the backside, or on the inside of my jewelry, with little calls to actions; messages which will resonate with the wearer along with beautiful adornment. She said we are to help find those that are seeking their path to their internal worth, and to help bring them a loving reminder.

Thus began my journey to engrave on the inside or the back side of my jewelry with little messages, words of wisdom, emotional words, to act as reminders for the wearer, a hidden gem of wisdom laying against your skin, for you, the wearer.

Since that morning, my world has changed. I have built many Aberdeen pieces, some custom and many from the moment I reside in. Many Aberdeen pieces have gone on to become a talisman of sorts, a feeling of protection; worn on days when we could use that extra help. Little ways of protection have big ways of rippling out a gentle practice of compassion, beginning in our hearts and spreading. The words and phrases engraved on the back of the pieces you find within these web pages carry gentle encouragement to find the highest education possible for our inner self, to practice, to practice more, and then give freely what we have learned to others.
First you must love who you are now before you can love who you will become.
